After dinner we moved to the living room to enjoy a digestif. Blaireau and the Captain played dominoes. Heavy with dinner I stretched out on the sofa by the fireplace and fell asleep with the fragrance of tea roses filling my nostrils and turning my thoughts back to home and Noelle.
